The second day of the Kwahu Paragliding Festival was fun-filled, packed with vibrant activities and memorable moments. The Ag. Chief Director, Mr Vittus Otto Langmagne and staff of the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, as well as the CEO of the Ghana Tourism Authority, Mrs Maame Efua Houadjeto, together with her deputies and staff, were there to make the occasion memorable.
A key highlight of the day was the visit by the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mr Christian Tetteh Yohuno, who was accompanied by his team.
A Ghanaian professional boxer, Braimah Kamoko, popularly known as ‘Bukom Banku’was also there to add a touch to the occasion.
Attendees were captivated by the breathtaking paragliding performances, others enjoyed engaging in games such as Ludo, Uno, Visual Games, and Pool or Snooker. The atmosphere was full of excitement, lively and filled with joy.
Guests were also treated to various mouthwatering local dishes, including banku, fufu, and ampesi. The presence of one of the major sponsors of this year’s festival, Blowchem Industries, producers of Bel-Aqua, Bel-Beverages, and Bel-Pack, added to the vibrant experience.
